We realize together, that in each moment, in each choice that we make, we have the power to change our own lives, and the lives of all who will be born after us. By recognizing our own power, nature, and the beauty behind our stories, we will help take away the voice of fear that has been a protagonist in this world for so many years.
We do this by developing and sharing ways in which our lives can improve immediately such as with clean drinking water, sustainable gardening, safe structures for education, and using clear communication for harmonious relationships. Additionally, we will connect with our mind, body and heart through singing, dancing, talking circles, and meditation.
Our teaching bring awareness about self-love, self- realization, and self-consciousness. In that safe space we will learn how to share ourselves in the free expression of our soul, by cultivating peace of mind and states of deep relaxation, that will in return improve our overall health.
